Welcome to the future of vending—no longer limited to the stereotype of snacks and sodas. Our off-the-shelf custom machine solutions offer the flexibility to dispense almost any product you can imagine. Items as small as a keychain, swag items such as t-shirts, inventory control items like keyboards and mice, larger retail items like a pair of shoes in a box, we can dispense them without issue. There is no pre-configured machine that you have to conform to—every machine is custom-suited and configured to meet your exact product, and to ensure it dispenses properly. From helix to conveyor belt delivery systems, we have a model that can suit your needs.

IVS offers machines that can work in almost any scenario. If you are interested in a machine, but have a very limited footprint of space available, we can accommodate. If you like the concept of using a vending machine, but want something more upscale looking, we can accommodate. If you are interested in having a large digital display to promote video advertising from the machine, we can accommodate. From units as small as a countertop machine, to the large inventory units, and every machine in between, we have you covered. There is no standard model that we force you to use; we let you choose which machine will work best for your brand, company, or event.
What IVS Off-The-Shelf Machines Include:
Each machine listed below will come turn-key, plug-and-play and ready to stock with product. Every machine in the IVS arsenal will come with the following peripherals, which are included in the rental/purchase pricing:
Custom Graphic Wrap
We will send you/your team the exact graphic template for the machine you are utilizing. You will then design your own graphics for your machine, to spec. You simply send the digital files to IVS, where we print a small proof for your approval. After approval, we will print and install your wrap prior to shipping.
Touchscreen
No longer are vending machines limited to A1-D3 via a standard keypad. Each IVS machine includes a touchscreen digital interface. Our models include touchscreens with sizes of 10”, 15”, 27”, 32”, and 42”. Some of our machines offer a glass front to view the product, with a touchscreen positioned to the side. Other machines will incorporate a larger 27”, 32”, or 42” touchscreen that will encompass the entire front of the machine without glass.
Software Application
Housed on the touchscreen will be your software application. We offer a variety of software apps, including social media, data capture, email capture, quiz/survey, PIN-code entry, badge scanning, NFC/RFID, point-of-sale, as well as custom-built applications. If you have a specific app or point-of-sale system that you’d like IVS to tie into, this is a non-issue. We will send you templates of the touchscreen and software so that your design team can create a custom user interface for your machine.
Internal Product Configuration and Testing
IVS will require samples of the product(s) you will be dispensing so that we can ensure items will vend properly, see what will work as-is or what may need to be packaged a certain way, and to create a planogram of what product will go where within the machine.
Lead Times:
Off-the-shelf machines will require a lead time starting at around 2 weeks on up. We have the capability of turning machines around quickly, so if you have a last minute event that popped up, do not hesitate to contact us. The more quickly you can give us the assets that we need, the faster we can turn a machine around.
Shipping:
Each IVS machine will be shipped in a custom crate, so you will not have to worry about any damage in transit.
IVS-6000
One of the largest off-the-shelf models that we offer.

IVS-BD10
A step down from size in the IVS6000, this unit will include a conveyor belt delivery, elevator, and waist-high side-dispense drop bin.

IVS-42
One of the largest off-the-shelf machines we offer, but with a 42” touch-screen on the entire front. This unit can come with helix coil dispensing, or conveyor belt with elevator delivery.

IVS-4000

IVS-3000
A slight step down from the IVS-4000 in size and product quantity. This is the smallest unit with the most flexibility of different product. Smaller than this is more limited on types of product able to be dispensed.
